Chat function delaying page loading

Hi,

Last week I installed the full provide chat code on our website www.macsadventure.com in full, complete with custome available/unavailable custom images etc.

On the good positive side, making the function more visible has significantly increased the number of users making use of the chat functionality.

On the negative side the code is slowing down the page load for every page it is installed on by a second or two. Obviously this is detrimental to user experience and SEO.

Would really appreciate it if you could have a look at this and get back to me becasue if it doesn't resolve I am going to have to pull from my site and cancel subscription.

I look forward to hearing from you.
Cheers
Neil

Hi

We seem to be having a problem with the chat monitor screen.

When first logged in it is not a problem but after 10 minutes or so it all runs very slowly so accepting a chat and chatting or scrolling down to see who is on the site are painfully slow and in most cases i need to log out and log back in to continue with the chat.

Can you advise how speed it up and stop the system hanging.

Many thanks

Duncan Munday
